Beginning March 1st 2026, we have room for an artists in our studio space.

The main space is 33 sq meters (6 by 5.5) and there is an additional room that is about 2 x 2 meters available with its own door. There is a also a huge hallway for lots of storage. ACTA Broedplaats is located next to Raddion and TCA Student housing. There is low cost parking on site and easy access to public transit.

I am at the studio on Friday and weekends our other artist is here in the evenings. We are looking for another person to rent the space. With three people total the monthly rent is €241 per person.

Public Transit - Tram 2 or Bus 18, Louwesweg stop

Driving - Ring from West - Head northeast on A4, exit 1-Amsterdam-Sloten toward Amsterdam-Sloten/s107 - Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Sloten - At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Anderlechtlaan - Turn right onto Laan van Vlaanderen - Continue onto Louwesweg - Turn left just before the transit stop into the ACTA parking lot. Paid parking is €1.50 an hour

Ring from East - Head east on A10, exit 9 to merge onto Europaboulevard/s109 - Use left lane to take the ramp onto A10 - Continue on A10 to Amsterdam Nieuw-West - Take exit 7-Amsterdam-Slotervaart-Knooppunt De Nieuwe Meer - Turn left onto Henk Sneevlietweg/s107 - Turn right onto Johan Huizingalaan/s107 - Turn left onto Louwesweg - Turn left just before the transit stop into the ACTA parking lot. Paid parking is €1.50 an hour
